Senior project management, inside your team

We run the project, or we build the system that runs it, or both. A senior project manager works inside your team for a defined period with the exit date agreed at the start. Sector-independent, international.

Two ways in

The same discipline, 2 different starting points

For established programmes

Industry, construction, infrastructure

Capital projects with contracts, budgets and dates that were promised to somebody. The work is protecting a commitment already made.

  • Interim programme management
  • Portfolio and capacity planning
  • Tender-to-delivery process work
  • Governance and steering-level reporting
For growing companies

Start-ups and scale-ups

The founder is still the system. The work is building a second layer that holds without adding weight the company cannot carry yet.

  • Decision rights: who decides what
  • A weekly operating rhythm
  • One tool, configured properly
  • Investor reporting that goes out on time
Sectors

Any sector that runs projects

Manufacturing, construction, technology, engineering, advisory, energy. This department is sector-independent and works separately from our energy practice. You do not need an energy project to hire it. What travels is the way a programme is run, not the industry it runs in.

Questions

Before you commission

Who actually does the work?

The senior specialist you meet. There is no junior delivery layer. Where a programme needs more hands we bring named senior associates we have worked with before, under our own signature.

Do you only work with energy companies?

No. Project management is a separate department from our energy practice, with its own specialists, and it is sector-independent. We have run projects and built PMOs for manufacturers, construction and EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, technology companies, other advisory firms and start-ups. You do not need an energy project to hire us.

Can you run the project rather than advise on it?

That is the point of the interim model. We work inside your team as your project manager for a defined period, with an exit date written into the engagement from the start.

What happens when you leave?

The system stays and someone in your team owns it. Handover is part of the scope, not an afterthought: templates, reporting rhythm, tool configuration and the training to keep them running.

Do you build tools, or only advise on them?

We build. Tool selection, configuration, custom tools where nothing off the shelf fits, and AI integration into the workflow. Most firms advise on the process and leave the system to someone else.

How is the price set?

Whichever fits the work: a fixed price for a defined scope, or a monthly retainer and day rates for embedded and evolving roles. Either way the commercial terms are agreed in writing before we start.
