How quickly can a first read be delivered?
A red flag review lands within days of receiving access to the data room. A full technical due diligence runs four to six weeks depending on the size and state of the asset.
Do you produce the production figure yourselves?
Yes. The energy yield assessment is modelled independently in PVsyst and the tools the sector uses for the technology, and stated with confidence levels such as P50 and P90. We do not sell it as a standalone product: it is the number the whole business case rests on, so it belongs inside the feasibility study or the due diligence that has to defend it.
What does ready-to-build actually mean?
That the land rights, permits, grid connection and design are complete enough for construction to start. Where that line sits differs by country, which is why development timelines are quoted per market rather than in general.
Do you work as owner’s engineer during construction?
Yes, on a monthly basis for the duration of the works: design review, factory and site inspection, progress and payment verification, and acceptance testing through to commissioning.
Which technologies do you cover?
Solar PV, wind (onshore, offshore and floating), hydro, bioenergy, battery and hybrid energy storage, hybrid plants, and the grid connection work behind all of them.
Do you work outside your five markets?
Yes. We work internationally and travel to the asset. Five countries are where we also have people permanently on the ground.
